General Spa Information
When you arrive at Serenity by the Sea, our warm and friendly staff will greet you with a soothing cup of herbal tea. Your massage therapist or esthetician will escort you to the treatment room where she will explain the treatment in detail. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications that you are taking.
The therapist will then exit the room to allow you to disrobe. While many individuals prefer to be fully undressed during treatment, we encourage our clientèle to undress to the level with which they are comfortable. The treatment process is very discreet and most often only the areas receiving direct treatment are exposed to the therapist. After the treatment, it is essential to drink as much water as possible.
• Appointments: Please arrive early so that your can have time to relax and receive your full service.
• Reservations: We recommend making all appointments at least 72-hours in advance.
• Cancellation/ No Show: Because spa services are reserved for you, we require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations.
• Hours of Operation: Serenity by the Sea is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, SpaFinder, personal checks and cash.
