Deep Tissue - Deep pressure to specific trigger points to relieve stress and tension, stimulate energy, and allow the natural flow of oxygen to the blood. A therapeutic technique designed to aid in the recovery of muscles due to physical activity or intense stress. 90 minutes $100

Swedish - Classical European massage technique of manipulating muscles with the use of oils. A relaxing massage that helps ease muscle aches and tension, and improves flexibility and circulation.

Hot Stone - Begins with heated stones placed on key tension points of the body. Stones are then used with Swedish massage strokes to deepen relaxation. 90 minutes $110
